On Friday June 28th, we had the pleasure of presenting NuMIDAS in an interactive workshop organized in the framework of the Smart Cities Symposium Prague 2021 (SCSP), led by our partner CTU- Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU).

The workshop had as a main objective to gather stakeholders form different sectors and parts of the EU and collect valuable feedback on the following topics:

  • Changing role of stakeholders in mobility
  • New types of stakeholders
  • New types of business models
  • Main challenges in the mobility sector
  • Effectiveness of current tools

Structured in two sections, the first part of the workshop consisted on an introduction of the nuMIDAS project and overview of the mobility tools and new challenges presented by Sven Maerivoet (TML) and Ondřej Přibyl (CTU).

The second part entitled of an interactive panel discussion about the Mobility in Smart Cities. With the help of the interactive MENTIMETER application, the participants actively participated in the discussion and shared their views on the issue or specific experiences. Their answers were discussed by a panel nuMIDAS partners, including Chrysostomos Mylonas (CERTH), Rick Overvoorde (MAPtm), Valerio Paruscio and Roberta Falsina (Poliedra).
